The Critter Express

At Wild Critter Co., getting your new critter buddy should be just as easy as picking it out. We ship throughout the contiguous United States using trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

All items ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight and require special handling. Delivery times vary by item and location. A lift gate is required at delivery unless the destination has a loading dock.

All shipments are FOB freight. Customers must inspect items upon delivery and note any damage, breakage, or shortages on the delivery receipt. We recommend unwrapping and fully inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery.

Any damage, loss, or shortages that occur during transit are between the shipping carrier and the customer. We will assist with the claims process but cannot be held responsible for freight-related issues. All issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Ordering multiple items may help reduce shipping costs.
